John Wheeler started his career in vacuums as an Electrolux Salesman in Maryland. John and his wife, Cathy moved to Blairsville in 1996 with their four children: Christopher, Jennifer, Andrew, and Katie. After the move, John realized that there was need for an experienced Vacuum Store in the North Georgia Mountains. In 1999, John opened The Vacuum Store in Blairsville. The Vacuum Store has always been family owned and operated ever since. All of their children have even worked at The Vacuum Store. His wife, Cathy works at Habitat for Humanity, Christopher now owns his own carpet cleaning business Deep South Carpet Cleaners with his wife Elicia, Jennifer is a nurse practitioner in Connecticut, Katie is the Operations Manager at Budget Blinds of Blairsville, and Andrew currently works at the Vacuum Store with his father John. John and Andrew (also known as Drew) are experienced in all makes and models of vacuum cleaners. From new vacuums & central vacuum systems to repairs & parts-- they are your local go to guys of the vacuum industry!

Andrew has been working on vacuum cleaners for 15 years +. He grew up cleaning vacuums with his dad and mom. He grew to love the business and is a huge part of the Vacuum Store's timeline. Not only is he a wonderful vacuum salesman, but he also performs clean and services on vacuums and central vacuums.
